Exam Pattern of DFCCIL 2021 Recruitment

CPU-Based Test (CBT)

The computer-based test will be administered in two or three sessions, each lasting two hours, on a single or several days.

There will be 120 questions on the objective multiple-choice question paper for the computer-based test.

In computer-based tests, there will be negative marking, with 14 (0.25) of a mark being subtracted for each incorrect answer.

For UR, SC/OBC-NCL/EWS, and ST in a written test or computer-based test, the required minimum score is 40%, 30%, 25%, and 25%, respectively.

Syllabus of DFCCIL Recruitment 2021

a. Part-I (24 Questions): General Knowledge, General Aptitude/Reasoning, etc., from the DFCCIL Syllabus for Junior Manager (Civil).

b. Part II (96 questions): Engineering and solid mechanics, structural analysis, construction materials and management, concrete and steel structures, soil mechanics, foundation engineering, municipal solid waste, highway paving, traffic engineering, surveying, etc.

a. Part-I (24 Questions): General Knowledge, General Aptitude/Reasoning, etc., according to the DFCCIL Syllabus for Junior Manager (Operations and BD).

b. Part-II (96 Questions): Finance for Management, Management of Human Resources, and Management Functions and Behavior. Management information systems, logistics and supply chain management, strategic management, and quantitative analysis for management are a few examples.
